Saw any differences on my recent photos I posted?! If you're following my instagram, then maybe you knew... I pay a visit to saloon last month with Beau, and I had dyed my virgin black hair wine red color! That's how the title of this blogpost came from lol. I first wanted to dye ash grey color, but my hairstylist said that I will look very pale if I didn't put make up on, like everyday. LOL! Then totally, I have no more chance to dye ash color already, cause I am not that type of person who make up everyday. I ain't no time for that. I mean I just will put my BB cushion and draw my eyebrow, very simple step that's it! So, I was recommended for red color, which is not in my choice. He decreased the percentage of color obviousness, and it looks like wine red now. Cool huh?! It's not obvious in indoor, but quite red one under sun or outdoor. I agreed that this color quite suit me. Haha!

Hang out with my babe last weekend, and I was planning to wear this coordinate long time ago (because no chance to wear) haha! White sleeveless crop top from Forever 21; wine red skater from SingxFashion (facebook page); Pink leather bag from Charles & Keith; Shoes from Te Chi Chi. I keep on buying crop tops everytime I saw them, and the crop tops I bought are one shorter than one. LOL! Its very hard to find a high-waist shorts to match with them, so I just settle it up with a skater. Wine red skater pair with pink leather bag, and my red dyed hair... I am having red obsession. I would pair up with red shoes/heels if I have one but too bad I don't lol... Lastly, thank you Dr. Cavy help me took this series of photos! Haha...

Hope you enjoy reading my blog! Will be blogging quite hard one this few days, because I have 4 straight off days start from tomorrow YAY! Tuesday is Wesak Day, and Monday my company shut down so I no need go to work also haha! I also can foresee the coming weekends I will be very very very busy lol. Just keep on viewing my blog I will keep it updated :)

Happy weekend, Happy Wesak Day and Happy Holidays everyone! :)

Finally babe Cavy is back in town last weekend! First, congrats babe cause you're officially a Doctor now! So proud of you and many Jit-Sin-High-School-mates! Undeniable, Jit Sin produces many quality students (but not me haha!) I really happy for you babe Cavy, your hard work and effort have finally paid off. And she got a very stable relationship now, and I wish you both live happily ever after! On the other hand, its too bad babe Beau was at Singapore dating with her bf on that only weekend! Argh 3 less 1....it's so hard for 3 of us to meet up! But I also proud of you babe Beau, finally you have your first love in life (do you know that you had been nagging for a real long time before said that you don't have anyone chasing you hahah!) And now she got a really sweet relationship, and I hope it lasts forever! I never met her bf for once, but I would certainly warn him to treat my babe like princess or else... haha okay he's already treating her like queen now lol haha.

Overall, that day was actually a mess. I was driving a huge car to Penang which I don't like because I cant move fast in small lane/lorong *noob driver #firstworldproblem* haha, so I change car with my sis. Then we can't decide which cafe to go, so we keep driving around town area *What to eat is the most difficult question to answer in the world* and finally we settled down in Sugar Honey @ Campbell Street, Penang. I heard some good reviews about their waffles, and wanted to give it a try but I was told that the waffles are still preparing in the kitchen and temporarily unavailable. This is quite disappointing actually, what I think is a cafe should always be prepared to serve any dishes written on the menu. Or maybe, you can remind them when you hand in the menu so that they can make a choice to dine in or no. This is my personal opinion and recommendation, and hope they will aware of this and improve better in future :)

Apart from that, actually the cafe environment is good. Its a really nice place to have a good tea time here alone, or with some girlfriends where you can enjoy the lovely and cozy ambiance and dating without too much noises, if compare to Moustache Houze which just located beside it. Sugar Honey mainly serves desserts, snacks and some juices & coffee beverages. After considering all factors as a whole, this cafe is actually worth a second visit.

Finally I have time to blog. Just submitted my interim report of my industrial training which I did for few midnights, and I have to work next day early morning. Childhood life better, agree no?! Okay, I think that's all for today, will blog again tomorrow, the day after tomorrow, the day after tomorrow tomorrow! I have so much thing to update but so little time! And one thing, which I really love this 3 months where I intern at a company which is so near my house: I finally able to catch up with a number of friends this few months, and I bumped into so many friends, in primary schools (I change primary school when I was young so i originate from 2 primary school haha!), secondary school, university, girl guides, tuition... which I felt so lucky to see all of them again and know how well they were this few years. It always amaze me how fast everything changed.

I would like to make a wish: I hope I able to make a date with every friend of mine this coming 3 months so I can know how are they doing currently. If you're reading this, no matter is my best friends, ex-classmates, hi-bye friends, you-know-me-i-know-you-but-not-talking friends, long-lost friend, not-contact-anymore friends, instagram friends..... I would like to meet all of you... well, this seem to be very difficult to come true as it depends on my "friends", but i hope it works!! If you want to meet me up, do tell me okay?! Not my friend?! Find me on facebook, instagram, or email/comment, we can start to be friend now. :)

As you enter and scroll thru my blog title, you wonder: What's the heck is weekender?!
I never seen this word since I learn English when I was young. And now I am considered a grown-up young adult, who now start stepping into the working world. I find myself truly treasure every weekend much more than when I was still a student. When I was studying, I prefer weekdays more than weekend because (a) I can go class/school and meet my friends! (b) there's no queue when dining in restaurants (c) there's no need to terrible jam & lots of parking place in shopping mall! (d) shopping complexes tend to have discount on weekdays! & other many reasons. Haha! You might think "WTF" reasons is this but that's why I love weekdays.

Now, I only have some "me-time" in weekend. So I cherish every single minute of it. It's already one month I started my internship. What I usually do in weekend: play piano, blogging, photoshooting, eat (all the time haha!) bonding time with family & friends, going morning market (a mother's maid), cooking (sometimes), watch TV, prepare my internship report, and just slacking. I am not "outgoing" do you realize that?! Haha...I do not party. Seriously, I never been to clubbing even once. I swear I am not joking. But I will try if my close friends or relatives invite me to go with them, but sadly they are not party-people also hahaha... I see people always posting on Instagram partying/clubbing at somewhere, which I don't see how fantastic it is but still I will sure give a "like" on their photo! I am so humble right?! Yeah, so you also better give me a big damn "like"on my photo too! Haha...

One of the amazing party of the year goes to FMFA which was initially planned to held 3 days in a row. Unfortunately, the last day was forced to cancel suddenly due to the overdosed people who died during the event. Feeling bad, and a kindly advise here: you no need drugs to get high, and don't ever touch them, love yourself. At first I wish to join this year and invite my bffs to rave with me, but too bad I am staying in Penang. Well, maybe next time I can enjoy the show and feel the lively atmosphere with my bffs! Then, you probably need a "weekender" coordinate to party!

What is weekender means?! It has several meanings: a person who goes on a weekend vacation / a weekend guest / a person who engages in a hobby, or other activity occasionally especially on weekends.

Imagine there will be thousand of party-goers raving and you will be all sweat while partying. A sleeveless tees X shorts is a must. I am wearing a polka dots blouse and floral shorts. The blouse is a bit shorter than normal tee length, which can expose your thin waist and look extra sexier haha.. the secret which can make you trendy and extraordinary! Both of the blouse and shorts are in different gradient of blue colors, and surprisingly them match perfectly together! To create a #cool #yolo #swag style, then don't miss out the snapback! While partying you might don't have any extra hand to take your bag, so just throw your belongings in your backpack will do! You can bring your shade, in case you need gadget to look #likeaboss when partying haha! For shoes, sneakers from NewBalance/ Converse will be good enough. And here's my weekender's coordinate! ;)

Do you like my weekender's oufit?! I hope you like it because I like it too! Don't forget to follow & like me on my Instagram @yvettefoo , twitter @yvette_foo too!  Recently there's a youtube fever spreading, and I am infected too haha! I was thinking to make some fun videos too! But I am just too noob in editing videos... will try my best though... You can subscribe my youtube channel (@yvette foo) too if you like. :)

Thanks for reading guys! Ready to party in weekend?! Have a great weekend everyone!

It seems to amaze me how fast time flies.... Finally it's the end of Chinese New Year 2014. CNY is over, everything back to normal. How's your CNY?! How about yesterday, the Chap Goh Meh (Days 15 of CNY) & Valentine's Day?! Theres so much peanut butter jam in Penang, every place is full of people and every restaurant is fully book by couples! Well, since I am single so this day doesn't matter with me lol. And also this week is the first week for my intern, I am so grateful that's it is finally Friday #TGIF, I can have more rest! Now I am fully understand what's those working adults feel, and how precious weekend is to them.

I share the CNY outfits of mine first, then...other CNY posts, just slowly one by one. Seriously no time for me to update especially blogging! Working eaten up my time for updating my social medias... But I will update once everyday in Instagram (@yvettefoo) and maybe once in 2 days in Dayre (@yvettefoo). I love social medias to pieces and somehow I find myself that, even I have lack of time to sleep already but I hardly also want to update and read my favourite blogger's blogs. Is that call weird or something?!

This weekend I want to schedule my blogposts so I can update my blog more! Okay, here's another outfit I wore in CNY and I love it! Just a very simple matching of flowers lace top and red wine skater skirt, it could be perfect too! And the background taken is a swimming pool in The Light Linear, Penang, which is newly build! A beautiful background is a bonus point for photoshooting. How can I missed it?! *girlsbeinggirls* So I go for a couple of shots, although I didn't bring my camera along. All photos using I5, sorry for the bad quality but I just love everything that day: my good hair, pretty makeup, favourite outfit and beautiful swimming pool background with very blue sky while sunset!

Actually I was wearing the loafer from Te Chi Chi, but after that I change to sandals cause the loafer hurts me ankles... This is my most favourite outfit of CNY 2014! What's yours?! I got a lot more photos of other's outfit to share! I am taking it slowly... It is so much different when you have to go practical training while study, cause I have to split my time for working on my assigned projects, and afterwork I have to write my daily logbook for school. There will certainly less free time for me to do my own things. I guess I have to learn how to manage my time effectively.

Okay, so that's it for today! How you think of my photos & outfit?! :)

It has been quite sometimes already since November 2013, my last photo shooting for my look. Honestly, I am lack of clothes to mix match and take an #ootd photoshoot. My clothes in wardrobe are all just the same, and you probably will see me wear the same clothes again, again and again. Recently I didn't add new pieces to my wardrobe, everyone knew that economic is turning bad everything is much costly compared to before. My purse is burning hole, as I start to buy formal dress code because my internship start in February. So, I don't have much money left to invest in trendy clothes. *Sigh!* Maybe I can start take some #ootd shots of formal wear perhaps? Haha! Chinese New Year is approaching! And this time, I didn't shop for new year clothes. Plan to wear those clothes that bought-but-haven't wear-yet in CNY. When I saw clothes that I like when shopping, I will buy it and keep it but I didn't wear it. Weirdo, but I don't know why, maybe didn't have any important occasions to wear lol. Now, I can wear already haha!

Girls probably like to wear tops that are sleeveless because of the hot weather in our country. But I am more into tops with sleeves, maybe because I don't think my baby fat arms look good. Tops with more coverage on body parts made me feel secured. It doesn't mean that I don't like to wear top without sleeves, don't misunderstanding ya. I actually think sleeveless tops look really sexy and pretty but I always feel uncomfortable because some of them are too revealing for me. And I am afraid of cold, so I always choose top with sleeves. Long sleeves or knitwear can keep me warm all time.

I paired my knit sweater from Forever 21 with a flower pants, which I bought from Bangkok Platinum Mall last year. I don't have much shoes, bags and accessories to go along. I just style with whatever I got. I put little thought and effort into styling this piece but surprisingly they all match perfectly! Agree no? Photo courtesy of my sister, Evon. She got talent in photography! I hope you guys like my pictures! :)
